HOW TO APPLY:

There are two ways to apply to become a member of the Twin Lakes Walleye Club:

  • Print out the PDF application using the button below. Fill it out and bring it to the next meeting with your payment.
  • Print out and fill in the online application form below and mail it with your payment.

Application Notes:

  • Annual Individual/Family membership is $20 per year, due by the end of January’s meeting.
  • Family is defined as a spouse and/or child under 18 living in the same household.
  • Payment can be made at the next meeting or mailed to: Twin Lakes Walleye Club, P.O. Box 2625, Mountain Home, AR 72654
  • Because we use a Google platform for our email and website system, a Gmail account is HIGHLY recommended to ensure you receive our fishing and water reports.
